Principal’s Message

Dear Williams Families,

Our final School Council meeting of the year will take place on Tuesday, May 19 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. in our Library. We would love to welcome parents and guardians as we reflect on the year, celebrate the many accomplishments of our students and staff, and share a few highlights of the triumphs of our school community.

Your voice and partnership matter, and this is a great opportunity to stay connected to the life of our school community. We hope you can join us.

Take care

Mr. Andrew Gazaneo

Principal

Just a reminder to all families that the yellow zones in our parking lot are designated as No Drop-Off zones. These areas must remain clear at all times to support safe traffic flow and emergency vehicle access. Please use the designated drop-off areas when arriving at or leaving the school. Thank you for helping us keep our parking lot safe for everyone.

Final exams will NOT be rescheduled to accommodate alternate activities which conflict with the timing of exams (i.e. vacations, employment commitments, appointments, etc.).

Grad Assembly - May 21, 2026

As we prepare for Graduation on June 24, all potential graduates must complete the Grad Survey by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 14. The email for this request will be sent to their gapps account. The survey is required to help prepare reader cards and confirm attendance for the Grad Assembly on May 21.

Please note: All students attending Prom MUST attend the Grad Assembly, as important information regarding prom expectations will be reviewed. While there is still work to complete before crossing the stage and receiving your diploma, we look forward to celebrating your achievements!
